All our glasses offer are available at any specsdeals partner optician across the UK. 

Our opticians take time for the consultations in-store, so we recommend that you make an appointment in advance so you can avoid long waiting times. 

On the other hand you can always visit our partner opticians anytime within their opening hours.

Would you like to postpone or cancel an appointment? 

You can easily reschedule your appointment via the appointment confirmation email you received when booking your appointment.  
Alternatively, you can also contact our partner optician, and they will be happy to help you with any issues related to your appointment.

Our glasses are manufactured according to your individual vision parameters using the latest production technology and are subject to strict quality control. The delivery time is therefore between 12 and 18 working days. You will be notified once your the glasses are ready for collection. 

As our glasses are all manufactured according to individual vision parameters, it is not possible to cancel an order at a later date. 

You will receive an invoice from specsdeals by email. Alternatively, you can also ask the partner optician for a copy.

Was your voucher not deducted from the invoice?

Please contact the partner optician directly. 

 

Do you have any questions about the payment period?

The payment link is valid for 14 days after you place your order. If you need help with the payment, speak to a member of staff at our partner opticians. 

 

Do you also need an itemised invoice for your health insurance?

If you need an itemised invoice for the health insurance company, this is only possible when you have the original invoice.

You would like to redeem a voucher?

Please present the voucher to your optician at the time of your appointment. The voucher will be deducted directly by the optician when you place your order. A subsequent crediting is not possible. A combination with other discounts and promotions is excluded.
 

Have you received a payment reminder although you have paid the invoice?

Please check the details with your bank first, and if needed, please contact our partner optician.

 

We vouch for the quality of our glasses. Independently of your warranty claim, we also grant you a satisfaction guarantee with a one-time exchange right for specsdeals products within 12 weeks and for STEINER-Vision products within the first 60 days from the INVOICE DATE.

Every pair of our glasses (except specsdeals Balance range £19/£59) automatically comes with glasses insurance, which covers you against changes in prescription by 0.50 diopt within the first 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a claim, the insurance covers 75% of the invoice amount for the new order, leaving only a 25% payable fee by the customer. This is a one-off claim, and it can not be repeated.

With Steiner-Vision lenses, you get a 24-month insurance cover. In the event of a claim, the insurance covers 100% of the amount of the new order for prescription changes by 0.50 diopt or more,  and 75% (25% payable) for accidental damages. This is a one-off claim, and it can not be repeated.

If you have any queries or complaints about your glasses, please contact your specsdeals partner optician directly.

Our partner opticians and branches carry a large selection of frames from our private collections. The prices range from £19 to £140. The selection may vary depending on the optician, and it is therefore not possible to view our collections online.

Would you like to unsubscribe from the newsletter? 

You can do this in every newsletter under the unsubscribe link. You want to request the deletion of your data or revoke a specific consent. Simply write an email to info@specsdeals.co.uk and provide your complete data for deletion.
