All our glasses offer are available at any brillen.co.uk along the UK. 

Our opticians take time for the consultations instore so we recommend that you make an appointment in advance so you can avoid long waiting times. 

On the other hand you can always visit our stores anytime within our opening hours.

You would like to postpone or cancel an appointment? 

You can easily reschedule your appointment via the appointment confirmation email you received when booking your appointment.  
Alternatively, you can also do this in your personal customer area (mybrillen), just log in and find a new appoitnemtn date for you. 

Appointment cancellations are only possible via the customer live chat.

Our glasses are manufactured according to your individual vision parameters using the latest production technology and are subject to strict quality control. The delivery time is therefore between 12 and 18 working days. You will be notified once your the glasses are ready for collection. 

You can check the  delivery status of your order in your "My.Brillen.co.uk" account.

As our glasses are all manufactured according to individual vision parameters, it is not possible to cancel an order at a later date. 

You will receive an invoice from brillen.co.uk by e-mail. Alternatively, you can also find your invoice in your “mybrillen” account, simply login and check all your details there.  Please transfer the amount within 14 days to the given bank account, stating the invoice number.

 

Do you need a copy of the invoice?

You can view your invoices at any time under “Mybrillen” Account.


Your voucher was not deducted from the invoice?

Please contact your glasses store.

 

Do you have any questions about the payment period?

The payment term is 14 days after invoicing. If you have any other questions, please contact your Brillen.co.uk store. 

 

You need an invoice for your employer?

No problem. Please provide confirmation from your employer BEFORE placing your order to enable invoicing to them. Once the original invoice has been issued, it cannot be changed.
 

 

Do you also need an itemised invoice for your health insurance?

If you need an itemised invoice for the health insurance company, this is only possible when you have the original invoice. 
Please contact our customer service in the live chat, who will then help you with your request.
 

You would like to redeem a voucher?

Please present the voucher to your optician at the time of your appointment. The voucher will be deducted directly by the optician when you place your order. A subsequent crediting is not possible. A combination with other discounts and promotions is excluded.
 

You have received a payment reminder although you have paid the invoice?

Please check the details of your bank transfer and compare them with the bank details and the reason for payment on your invoice.
We ask you to make a separate transfer for each invoice and to indicate the respective reason for payment on the invoice.
The invoice amount is to be transferred without separate deductions.

 

Did you make a mistake during the transfer? 

Please contact us in our customer chat.
 

We vouch for the quality of our glasses. Independently of your warranty claim, we also grant you a satisfaction guarantee with a one-time exchange right for brillen.co.uk products within 12 weeks (only our high end range)  and for STEINER-Vision products within the first 60 days from the INVOICE DATE.

If you do not wish to make use of your satisfaction guarantee, you can also return your glasses within the stated periods. You will receive a 100% money-back guarantee (Only for our High-end/brillen price locked glasses and STEINER-Vision).

Glasses that are not collected do not automatically count as returns. The money-back guarantee must be claimed directly at the glasses store.

A return is no longer possible after the deadline has been exceeded.

Every pair of our glasses (except brillen.co.uk Standard £49) automatically comes with glasses insurance,, which covers you against changes in prescription and breakage within the first 12 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a claim, the insurance covers 75% of the invoice amount for the new order leaving only with a 25% payable fee for the order.

Please contact your optician if you wish to make a claim.

If you receive a replacement under the insurance, the insurance cover will expire after twelve months from the original invoice date. Please note our insurance conditions information in the General Terms and Conditions page.

You have made use of the money-back guarantee service and are waiting for a refund?

This process can take about 3 weeks. We ask for your understanding. If you still have not received your payment after 3 weeks, please contact us on our customer live chat or brillen.co.uk store.
 

Our partner opticians and branches carry a large selection of frames from the brillen.co.uk collection. The prices range from £20 to £125. The selection may vary depending on the optician and It is therefore not possible to view our collections online.

You would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter? 

You can do this in every newsletter under the unsubscribe link. You want to request the deletion of your data or revoke a specific consent, simply write an e-mail to info@brillen.co.uk and provide your complete data for the deletion.
